🎉 Hello Perry Creek TK and Kindergarten Families! 🎉
Get ready for an exciting adventure at our TK/K Prairie Dog Playdate on August 13 from 4-6! 🐾✨ Come meet your child’s teacher, admin, and our PTA, all while having fun and connecting with fellow students and families. This is the perfect opportunity to kick off the school year. Please do not bring supplies to this event.
And don’t forget we can’t wait to see you at Back to School Night on August 19th, from 5-7 PM! Bring your supplies and get all important information to start the year strong.

Reminder Parents/Guardians: Iowa law requires students to have certain immunizations, vision screenings, and dental screenings before starting school in the fall.
Your student will not be able to attend school in the fall without proof of the required immunizations and screenings or a certificate of exemption on file.
